Name: Day of the Desolators
Size: 90x90
Players: 1
Theatre: Urban

To play this mission:RA2 Allied mission disc required. Extract the contents of the winzip
file into your Red Alert2 Directory.Launch the game, select new campaign for the Allies.
The game will then launch.

Info:The Soviets are stepping-up their conquest of the Western world. In order to ensure a fast and final solution to their take-over bid
they have employed the use of their Desolator units.
As the Desolators sweep through the towns and cities the civilian population is eradicated with little resistance. The Soviets have constructed
tech airports in order to paradrop troops into the battlezone in order mop-up any survivors.
Our battle takes us to the town of Castleford, England. This is the latest town in the frontline about to fall to the Soviets. We are airdropping a
small Allied taskforce into the center. Your objective is simple, locate any allied installations still standing then recruit your forces to save the
civilian population.
Destroy the Soviet tech airports in order to slow the Soviet advance, this should give us a chance to rally our defences. Good luck Commander.

Objective 1: Locate the Allied Barracks.

Objective 2: Garrison the Communications Center.

Objective 3: Destroy all Five Tech Airports.

Objective 4: Protect the Civilian population.

Ok so there u have it,
A RA2.CFS file has been added. This will overwrite any other CSF.file which you may of installed in your
RA2 Folder from previous downloaded missions. The file contains text which been altered in order to fit
with the maps theme!
Explanation: The All01t.map file when placed in your RA2 folder preceeds the standard Allied game disc missions.
This means that the first mission played when the game is launched will be this mission. To restore your games
original first mission simply remove the All01T.map file from your RA2 folder.
The RA2.csf file contains the text for this mission, it also preceeds your game disc csf file. As above once you have
finished playing this mission remove the csf.file. This also causes your game to revert to reading from the mission
disc as opposed to reading data from the RA2 folder.
